  • Serving procedures and etiquette
  • Procedures and manners in entering boardrooms/offices of senior personnel

  • Cleaning tips for kitchens, bathrooms, boardrooms and offices
  • Setting up of boardrooms and preparing for meetings
  • Crockery and grocery stock control
